Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the shipping date - when the merchandise was originally shipped.

We will gladly accept the return of new, unused, unwashed merchandise. All merchandise should be returned in new condition with the original packing slip and a completed return/exchange form.
Please fill out the form completely and note the reason for the return so we can better serve you in the future. Enclose the return/exchange form with your merchandise and the packing slip in a secure, well-sealed package. Ship the package to the following address via your choice of carrier or insured mail.

Please allow 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card for returns. The full purchase price will be refunded less shipping when we receive the returned merchandise in saleable condition.
New merchandise in saleable condition can be exchanged for different sizes or styles within 30 days of shipping. New items will be shipped at no additional charge (overnight shipping not included). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee inventory for your re-selection to be available. If this occurs, a refund will be issued in place of an exchange.
For gift items being returned a merchandise credit will be issued.
