When will my order arrive?If you requested overnight, next business day shipping and placed the order by noon eastern standard time, you should have the merchandise the next business day. Keep in mind if you place the order Friday by noon, next business day means Monday not Saturday!
If you requested standard or gift-wrap shipping, the order will be sent out in 2-3 days. We check the verification on your credit card and address prior to the merchandise being shipped. Don’t worry, though; most packages will arrive within 2-3 days after they have shipped. Occasionally, if you live somewhere like where I grew up it may take a little longer for them to find you!
Can I pay by check or money order?Yes, yes you can! We accept phone orders at 941-377-5009 for those of you who are having problems on-line or may not have a credit card. Orders will not be shipped until we have receipt of the check or money order. Sorry, overnight shipping will not be available for phone orders.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a catalog at this time. We do however sell wholesale to retail outlets and have quantity discounts for groups looking to buy large quantities for corporate gifts, give-aways, etc.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept the following credit cards: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. Phone orders can be paid by personal check or money order. For security we verify all forms of payment. Please make sure your billing address matches the address where you receive your credit card statement.
How do you handle Back Orders and Discontinued Items?We try very hard to keep up on our stock, but every once in a while someone in a particular color car wins a race and every fan on the planet wants that color tank or panty. We will let you know if we are temporarily out of stock on an item or if something has been discontinued.
